This complimentary offer is available to Harley-Davidson(R) Visa(R) cardmembers who received this email invitation and is not transferable. Reservations are limited and based on availability. Eligible cardmembers may bring one guest to share this experience with; in the event cardmembers and their guest prefer to have an individual photo session, the 20 minutes allotted for them together would be split in half for each.
You and your guest must present a valid driver’s license upon check-in. If you are participating in the action shot, you must have a Class M motorcycle license, according to Milwaukee’s Department of Transportation.
You will be required to sign a liability waiver when you check in for your experience; you may view this waiver here.
Limitation of Liability
In redeeming this offer, participant, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) individuals living in the same households of such participant, whether or not related, agrees to release and hold harmless officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of H-D U.S.A., LLC, H-D Visa, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates and related companies, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability or damage of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the offer or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer (including travel related activity thereto).
Where do I check in for my photo experience?
Attendees for both photo experiences (Action Shot & Drone Footage as well as Lifestyle Photos) will need to check in at
Hilltop Haven, W4907 Hilltop Road, Fredonia, WI 53021. Please look for signs directing you to the check-in area when you arrive at the venue.
What do I need to check in?
You (and your guest if applicable) will need to present a valid driver's license (a Class M license if you’re participating in the Action Shot & Drone Footage). You and your guest will sign a waiver upon arrival then will receive instructions for your photoshoot experience with our professional photographer.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your time slot to check in and prepare for your photography session. A photographer will meet with you about your session details. Your entire experience from check-in to completion will be about 1.5 hours. While at the venue, you may enjoy refreshments from our food truck as well as music and games.
How do I get my photos/footage after the shoot?
You will be provided with a link to the gallery of images after your photoshoot. This gallery will be accessible after the event for you to download your photos/footage.
What happens if I am late to/miss my photoshoot?
If you are running late to your photoshoot, please call 913-617-2927 to notify the team coordinating this experience. We cannot guarantee re-accommodation since this is a time-slot based experience; we will try to do so if there’s availability.

Do I need to bring my motorcycle with me to the event?
We recommend bringing your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle with you for your photoshoot experience. A bike is required for the action shot/drone footage since you will be riding it to get these images. We also recommend having your bike for lifestyle shots so we can get shots of you with your bike.
Alternatively, for the Lifestyle Photos, we can take solo photos of you and/or your guest with the silo and around beautiful Hilltop Haven.
Can I change the time of my photoshoot?
Since every attendee pre-selected a time slot upon registration, we ask that you stick with your reservation slot and inform us as early as possible if your plans change. We cannot guarantee re-accommodation since this is a time-slot based experience; we will try to do so if there’s availability.

What if my guest and I prefer to take individual shots during this experience, rather than together?
While this event is planned for you and your guest to take lifestyle or action shots together, you may elect to take individual photos/footage. You and your guest will just split the time in half. For example, the shoot is 20 minutes, so you each will have 10 minutes for individual shoots. If you were doing the shoot together, you would both have 20 minutes of time together.

What if I test positive for COVID-19, am experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or am in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19?
To ensure the safety of our cardmembers and staff, we ask that you please cancel your reservation if you experience any of the above. You may review the Wisconsin Department of Health COVID-19 guidelines here.
